Refund

If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the refund.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for any subscription beyond the 7 days of the purchase date. Also, we can’t issue any refund for the IP-TV subscription after the 7 days trial.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that the service was misused or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
